Hi im storm!
I’m a 23 year old artist who has loved art all my life. A blank page always inspires me to create something all my own. Expressing myself can be difficult when it comes to words and conversations, but images have always been my way of fully communicating my feelings, ideals, and mentality. When I was 11 I went to an art summer camp where my eyes were opened for the first time. I then could see the possibility that with enough time and practice I could follow this passion of mine and create great things, so thats what Im doing! I went to an art high school and then on to an art college for 2 years. The pandemic happened and school was put on pause but that didn’t stopping my creativity. I stared doing some commissions, like drawing emotes for people on Twitch and Discord as well as getting a job in a painting studio. I teach painting classes when i’m at work and when i’m off the clock, have opened up myself to more types of commissions. what kind of art do i do?
drawing
Most of the time my drawings are sketches for more final work which is sometimes in a different medium.
painting
I currently work in a painting studio, so i’ve been painting a lot!
Sculpture
I do love ceramics, fiber sculpture, and more but haven’t been able to do any recently. :(
weaving
I have gotten into making tapestries with some homemade looms.
Emotes
Like emojis, but they are customizable!
Digital art
Most of the digital work I do at the moment are emote commissions. I usually describe them as personalized emojis for certain websites and apps like Discord or Twitch.
